Design & Configuration
Kickstart your glasshouse journey by choosing from a range of designs. Select your color, discuss flooring options, and decide on the foundation. Customise the configuration by selecting door/window placements and adding accessories.
This step typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your preferences, ensuring your glasshouse fits your vision effortlessly.
Production
Once you've finalized the design and made the 40% deposit, production begins in France. Our expert team carefully manufactures your glasshouse to the exact specifications agreed upon. Each structure is assembled to ensure every piece fits perfectly, then disassembled for powder-coating in your chosen color.
This quality-controlled process usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on custom features.
Packaging
After production, your glasshouse is meticulously packed, ensuring each component and glass pane is securely crated. This stage includes final preparations for export and pickup from our French factory.
With careful handling, this packaging process takes around 1 week to ensure safe international transit.
Shipping & Import
Your glasshouse embarks on its journey from France, exiting through the Port of Rotterdam. It will transit via Malaysia or through the Panama Canal before arriving in Auckland. We manage importation and customs, ensuring a smooth process.
While shipping typically takes 10-12 weeks, we handle all logistics to ensure it arrives safely.
Delivery
Once your glasshouse clears customs, we coordinate delivery directly to your property, ensuring the date and time work for you.
Delivery is carefully planned, and typically happens within 1 week, allowing you to begin the final step of installation.
Optional Add-on Services
In Europe, around 85% of customers assemble their glasshouses themselves, often completing the project over a weekend. Smaller glasshouses can be assembled by one person, though larger models may require help, particularly for tasks like positioning the 6-meter central support beam.

Planning Application Consultancy: Assistance for glasshouses over 30 square meters.
Assembly Services: Coordination with local partners for installation.
